
Payment
We prefer to be paid by cash or cheque made payable to ‘FixClean’ at the end of each job. Our service men will issue an invoice for your records. Unfortunately we do not have the facility to offer card payments at the moment to residential customers.
How to Complain
Our aim is to give you 100% satisfaction job done. However, very rarely unforeseen events can occur, or human error happens. In this situation we request our customer to call our operations team on 020 7254 1286 for a immediate result. We will send our servicemen to return and rectify the job at a convenient time for you. After all our priority is to satisfy our customer. Please ensure that you contact us within 48 hours on completion of job.
Cancellation / Rescheduling
If you need to cancel/reschedule, please let us know by 5pm the day before booking date. Otherwise the callout charge will apply.
